Its unique composition - primarily alumina, zirconia, and silica - provides excellent resistance to glass melt erosion and minimizes the risk of contamination, making it ideal for use in glass furnaces. Available in different grades like AZS-33, AZS-36, and AZS-41, the material caters to various industrial needs. These grades differ in their zirconia content, affecting their corrosion resistance and structural integrity. Fused Cast AZS is commonly used in critical areas of glass furnaces, including the melting tank, sidewalls, and paving blocks, ensuring prolonged furnace life and enhanced productivity.
