Premium Grade Cocoa Beans. Well Fermented and Sun-Dried. Our cocoa beans are carefully selected and processed to meet international export standards. They are fully fermented and properly dried, ensuring consistent quality, excellent flavor development, and long shelf life. The beans display a uniform brown to deep reddish-brown color internally, indicating optimal fermentation. When cut, they show well-defined cotyledons with minimal slaty or purple beans. Externally, the beans are clean, whole, and free from mold, insect damage, or foreign matter. Aroma is clean and rich, with natural cocoa notes and no off-odors. Moisture content is maintained at 6-7%, making the beans stable for storage and shipping. Fermentation is carried out over 5-7 days, followed by slow sun-drying to preserve flavor and reduce acidity.
