- Our machine is designed on the principle of modular construction suitable for extension with coating machine. This machine is an efficient converter, which can handle web material or substrates like BOPP, Polyester, Paper, Cellophane, Non Woven, Aluminum Foil and other allied materials from 12 microns to 150- micron thickness. The frame is made on heavy M.S. body to avoid the vibration. The first unwind device is jointed of quadrate steel, groove steel and iron steel and the main machine frame adopts 25mm steel plate and steel tube to brace. Driving-shell adopts 1.5mm armor plate. The second un-winder and re-winder are installed in the main frame.
