Product description - this product is a commonly used anti-stick, slippery paraffin wax emulsion, widely used in leather, textile, wood, paper, and other industries. It has good stability and an effective anti-sticking effect in various viscosity systems. Physical and chemical indicators - appearance: white liquid. Solid content: 35%. PH value: 7-8. Ionicity: anion/nonionic. Performance characteristics and applications - this product has a wide range of uses, including water-based varnish, water-based paint varnish, leather finishing agent, non-woven fabric, textile printing slurry, paper, water-based wood paint, water-based latex paint, and other water-based coatings. As an important additive for finishing materials, it can soften the leather finishing layer, improving properties such as softness, plasticity, and hand feel. When used in high gloss system water-based coatings, it can significantly enhance wear resistance, smoothness, and anti-blocking properties. The recommended PH range is 7-11; avoid diluting with a lot of hard water. This product does not contain APEO, NPEO, soluble heavy metals, formaldehyde, phthalates, low molecular weight chlorinated hydrocarbons, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, polybrominated biphenyls, or organotin compounds, making it environmentally friendly. Packaging and storage - the packaging specification is 160 kg plastic drum, with options based on buyer requirements. Storage temperature - normal temperature, 5-35 deg. Avoid exposure and freezing; it can condense into solid above 40 deg and freeze below 0 deg, both causing irreversible damage. Store in a cool, dry place, sealed. Always close the lid tightly when not in use. The validity period is 6 months at room temperature.
