This product is a precision-bonded microfluidic high-borosilicate glass, designed for advanced microfluidic and analytical applications. With CNC micro-machining, ultra-fine etching, and thermal fusion bonding technology, we produce high-accuracy channels, through-holes, and multilayer microfluidic structures with excellent optical clarity and structural stability. High-borosilicate glass provides outstanding thermal resistance, low thermal expansion, and superior chemical durability, making it ideal for semiconductor processing, biomedical diagnostics, chemical analysis, and lab-on-chip devices. We support full customization, including custom microfluidic channel layouts, multi-layer bonding, optical polishing, custom thickness and dimensions, hole arrays, ports, and inlet/outlet interfaces, and tolerance-level precision machining.
