Self-adhesive polymer-modified asphalt waterproofing membrane is made with a polyester base as a reinforcement and a polymer-modified asphalt coating containing additives such as styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS), styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), and functional additives. The upper surface is covered with a polyethylene film (PE film) or a removable silicone-coated release film, and the lower surface is covered with a removable silicone-coated release film. This membrane features cold-adhesion, cold-applied operation, and is environmentally friendly. It is suitable for waterproofing and moisture-proofing non-exposed areas in basements, subways, tunnels, pools, and civil buildings.
