Este próximo evento será uma continuação das comemorações do 70º aniversário da Associação dos Fumicultores do Brasil, a organização por trás da maior feira brasileira dedicada à agricultura familiar.

Expoagro Afubra 2024 atraiu um público total de 154.500 visitantes e gerou R$ 310 milhões em transações comerciais, sendo R$ 1.562.725,60 especificamente no Pavilhão da Agricultura Familiar. Embora tenha havido uma queda de 17% na participação em relação ao ano anterior e uma queda de 10,7% em relação à última feira, Marco Antonio Dornelles, coordenador geral do evento, enfatizou que a feira conseguiu atingir suas metas nos três dias em que esteve operacional

Romeu Schneider, vice-presidente da Afubra, lamentou as dificuldades enfrentadas por alguns expositores, principalmente aqueles que não puderam ficar no parque no último dia devido às condições climáticas adversas.
