Extra virgin is the best type of olive oil, as it has the lowest degree of acidity compared to other olive oils. Cold pressed, specifying that the temperature of the olive paste in kneading does not exceed 26° C, in addition to extracting the oil in plant (crusher) with BI-PHASE technology, i.e. without adding water to the paste.
