Description The Ultrasound Transmission Coupling Gel is composed of a thick non-slip formula that is water-soluble, non-greasy and salt-free. It does not irritate the skin nor damage ultrasound equipment. Composition Deionized Water, Carbomer, Triethanolamine, Mono propylene Glycol, Benzyl Alcohol (and) Methylisothiazolinone. Uses Ultrasound gel enables a tight bond between the skin and the probe or transducer, letting the waves transmit directly to the tissues beneath and to the parts that need to be imaged. It is formulated to act as a coupling agent and reduce static.
